Two Broward County deputies were recorded pepper spraying and tacklinging two students from J.P. Taravella High, at a McDonald’s near the high school. The student recorded video shows two deputies violently taking Delucca Rolle, 15, down, banging his forehead into the pavement and repeatedly punching him in the head until bloody. Delucca was taken to Coral Springs Medical Center before being transferred to the county’s Juvenile Assessment Center. He was held overnight and faced trespassing, resisting an officer and assault on an officer charges.
