2012-2013
A former Madison County school police officer, Jerome Heard, 44, plead guilty to charges of sodomy and engaging in a sex act with a student. Heard was indicated on January of 2016 for the crimes committed while he was a school resource officer at Sparkman High School during the 2012-2013 school year.
